Adaptive CMOS Inverter Optimization using Open-Source Tools

This submission presents a reproducible, data-driven exploration of CMOS inverter design using ngspice and Python.

Highlights

  • Automated parameter sweep across VDD, transistor sizing, and load capacitance
  • Extraction of delay, power, and Power-Delay Product (PDP)
  • Visualization using scatter plots, heatmaps, and 3D surface analysis
