Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

• Fixes a bug in dgemm where the error message for the fifth argument (N) incorrectly prints M
• Fixes a bug in unary-reduce-strided1d-by where workspace and views arguments are swapped in the accessor K===1 path
• Fixes inconsistent @param LDA/LDB/LDC descriptions in dgemm TypeScript declarations to match the interface description
• Fixes JSDoc type {integer} to {IntegerArray} for options.dims in cusum/assign, join/assign, join/main
• Fixes malformed JSDoc example blocks in unary-reduce-strided1d-assign-struct
