Remove restart subcommand
Because some programs may take a long time to stop, some are quick, some take a few seconds, and some may take dozens of seconds to clean up data before exiting. Only you knows. To keep the joker small, you can choose the following solutions.

- You can stop it; sleep for the estimated time; and then rerun the program
- Or try z, which can wait for the program to completely exit before rerunning it
