Replace the plain status icon in the agent management panel cards with the same agent icon-with-status component used in vertical tabs, conversation list, and pane header. This correctly distinguishes between harnesses (Oz, Claude Code, etc.) and local versus cloud conversations via the brand circle and cloud lobe overlay. Co-Authored-By: Oz <oz-agent@warp.dev>

Description
We want to re-use the agent + icon combo in the agent management panel that we already use in the conversation list, vertical tabs, etc. This unifies status rendering across all surfaces.
