Closes #32. Adds a
data/reserved.txtlist of IANA reserved and special-use domains plus anisReservedquery function, mirroring the existingisFree/isDisposablehelpers. The maintainer said "Great idea. I'd take a PR for this!" in the issue. No existing behavior changes; tests and README are updated.
