scope-coverage-map

Pure-video visual SLAM and coverage mapping for endoscopic navigation. Estimates where the scope has been and which surface regions are still unexplored, using only the camera feed.

About

Pure-video visual SLAM and coverage mapping for endoscopic navigation. Builds a session map from the scope feed and marks explored vs unexplored regions. Python pipeline with optional ORB-SLAM3, evaluated on public colonoscopy/surgical datasets. Research code, not a medical device.
